Summary You will serve as a Training Technician in the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) of INFOWARTRACMD VIRGINIA BEACH VA. Responsibilities You will serve as a Command Pay Personnel Administrator (CPPA) servicing all Training Support Center for students. You will review and interprets guidance, directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and regulations. You will perform various administrative and clerical duties to support the command's Educational Service Offices (ESO). You will process travel related documents for students and staff. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing various database, management and planning systems to process check-in's, update or remove studenets statuses. 2) Preparing, reviewing correspondence, spreadsheets and other various documents with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) white maintaining Personally Identifiable Information (PII) standards. 3) Ensuring all documents and information with pay, personnel and travel support are relayed to the appropriate personnel per the applicable policies and standards.
