Day-to-Day:

  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR processes, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain and update employee personnel records and documentation
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation logistics
  • Coordinate offboarding processes and employee separations
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, filing, reporting, and data entry
  • Partner with HR leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and recordkeeping requirements
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking an HR Coordinator for a leading organization in the Stockton area. This individual will serve as a key support partner to the Human Resources team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a people-focused environment. Responsibilities will include responding to employee inquiries, maintaining personnel records, supporting recruiting activities, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with a variety of HR administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career within a collaborative team environment, with the potential to convert to a permanent position after six months.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role o Strong organizational and communication skills o Experience handling employee inquiries and providing HR support o Experience maintaining and managing personnel records o Experience supporting recruitment processes o Experience with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion Plusses:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment

  • Exposure to HRIS systems

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Compensation: $21/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
