Kelly Services is currently hiring 6 Production Technician I (Plaster Pit / Demold) team members for a growing aerospace manufacturing facility. If you're looking for a hands-on production role with opportunities to learn and grow, this could be the perfect fit!
Position Details

Aerospace Manufacturing Facility

$22.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Full-Time Opportunity

Immediate Openings (6 Positions)
What You'll Be Doing
-
De-molding plaster parts and cleaning them to specifications
-
Preparing molds for the curing process
-
Performing light hand sanding and finishing work
-
Pouring liquid plaster into molds following work instructions
-
Removing excess plaster from molds and work areas
-
Moving molds weighing between 10 lbs. and 200 lbs. (team lifting required)

Following production schedules and quality standards

Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
-
Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, assembly, or other hands-on experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
-
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Safety-minded with attention to detail
-
Willingness to learn and grow within the aerospace industry
