Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Customer Service Manager for an exciting immersive exhibition coming to Moorestown, New Jersey, beginning October 14th! Our client is a leading entertainment agency that specializes in producing and operating immersive attractions and events across North America. They are bringing an immersive Sistine Chapel Replica Experience to the Moorestown Mall from October 14, 2026 through January 24, 2027 and are seeking a dependable, customer-focused leader to oversee daily operations and a small team of Customer Service Associates.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background, leadership experience, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Guest Experience -Lead and support a team of 2 Customer Service Associates -Ensure guests receive a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience -Address escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise -Train, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to staff

Operations & Retail Management -Oversee ticket sales, ticket scanning, and POS transactions -Manage gift shop operations, including sales and merchandising -Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs -Maintain a clean, organized, and professional exhibition environment

Site Management -Serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures -Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently -Act as a trusted on-site leader and point of contact for operational needs

Pay: $20/hour

Skills and Requirements

-Previous experience in customer service leadership, retail supervision, hospitality, or event operations -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable taking ownership of site operations -Experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred
