Sports CRM Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a CRM Manager, Sports for one of the largest sports betting companies. This person will develop promotional strategies and manage the build of customer loyalty for all user lifecycles through offers and best in class user journeys.

Skills and Requirements

• Sports betting CRM experience
• Deep customer lifecycle knowledge (acquisition, activation, retention, churn, LTV, segmentation, etc.)
• Promotional strategy experience (offers, bonus structures, loyalty, promotional calendars, user journeys, etc.)
• Strong commercial, data, and analytics skills – confident in leveraging raw data to drive decision making (incremental value generated, retention impact, LTV impact, impact on GGR, etc.)
• Team leadership experience
