Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Services Coordinator to support daily HR operations in Boston, Massachusetts. This role helps deliver a smooth employee experience by coordinating benefits administration, maintaining accurate records, and responding to routine policy and process questions. The position also contributes to key people programs, employee events, and workforce administration across the office.
Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, life, disability, retirement, and other wellness-related offerings, and help employees during open enrollment periods.

Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and available programs, escalating more complex matters when appropriate.

Maintain organized and compliant personnel documentation for current and former employees, manage I-9 records, and handle E-Verify processing accurately.

Coordinate office events and employee engagement activities such as appreciation initiatives, wellness programs, holiday celebrations, and community-focused efforts.

Assist with the annual performance review cycle by issuing follow-ups, tracking completion progress, and identifying items that need management review.

Process employment-related updates in the HR system, including status changes and separations, and provide support with timekeeping and attendance questions in Workday.

Help facilitate offboarding activities for departing attorneys to ensure a timely and organized transition.

Arrange administrative coverage for reception and secretarial functions during absences and manage overflow support as needed.

Contribute to additional HR and administrative projects, including support for other office locations when required.
Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in human resources administration or a similar support role.

Working knowledge of HR information systems and confidence handling employee data with accuracy and discretion.

Experience supporting onboarding, employee records management, and routine HR transactions.

Familiarity with employee relations support and responding to basic policy or procedural questions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and follow through on time-sensitive tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service approach.

Proficiency with timekeeping or workforce management systems such as Workday is preferred.

Prior experience in a detail-focused services or legal environment is a plus.
