Full job description

You run the site. You lead the crew. You own the result. If you’ve spent your career in commercial installation, trades, or field logistics, you know the difference between a company that just gives you a list of tasks and a company that trusts you to run the show.

At T&M Services , we handle large-scale commercial workplace installations across the region. We are a fast-moving, $10M company that relies on sharp, high-utility field leaders who take pride in managing high-volume job sites, taking care of clients, and keeping projects running smoothly. We don't micromanage. We give our Field Leads total ownership of their sites.

What the Role Actually Looks Like

  • Hands-On Leadership: You lead by example. You aren't sitting in a trailer watching people work—you’re on the floor with your crew, grabbing a drill, setting the pace, and stepping in whenever a job needs extra horsepower to stay on schedule.

  • Pre-Site Prep & Walkthroughs: You head off trouble before trucks roll. You conduct initial site walks, review floor plans, and identify missing info, site conflicts, or field measurement issues before they turn into costly delays.

  • Scope & Margin Control: You keep clients, general contractors, and furniture dealers true to the original scope of work. When extra work or site changes are requested, you document change orders on the spot so our team is paid fairly for every hour worked.

  • Direct Client Edge: You are the face of T&M on-site. You handle customer questions, manage site contacts, and conduct final quality walkthroughs so projects are turned over clean and signed off without hassle.

What You Bring

  • Proven Field Background: 3+ years running crews in commercial furniture installation, commercial carpentry, trades, or field assembly.

  • Blueprint & Technical Savvy: Ability to read layout drawings, spot missing project details early, and use basic mobile tools to keep job records updated.

  • Non-Negotiables: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Ready to Run Your Own Sites? We move fast on people who know how to manage field operations, lead crews from the front, and take care of business. Drop your resume or send us a quick summary of the biggest project you've led.
