This role partners with functional teams, business area representatives, and technical organizations to simplify complex processes, eliminate unnecessary work, improve visibility, and enable more efficient and consistent execution.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can move fluidly between understanding business processes, analyzing data, developing practical solutions, and driving adoption. The role requires someone who is comfortable challenging the status quo and turning ideas into sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, manual activities, and opportunities for standardization.

  • Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, templates, and ways of working across teams and organizations.

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive or manual activities using available enterprise tools and technologies.

  • Develop visual reports, dashboards, metrics, and other management tools that provide actionable insight into process performance and workload.

  • Translate business needs and process pain points into practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

  • Partner with functional and technical teams to develop, implement, and sustain process improvements.

  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate potential improvements.

  • Leverage data to identify trends, measure performance, and quantify the impact of process improvements.

  • Document new processes, standard work, procedures, and supporting tools.

  • Support change management and adoption of new processes and automated solutions.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to simplify the way work gets done and reduce non-value-added activity.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, computer science, analytics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.

  • Experience developing meaningful reports, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven visualizations that translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional and technical teams, facilitate discussions, communicate complex concepts clearly, and present recommendations to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, SAP Focused Build, and Tableau.

Desired Skills

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, develop practical approaches, prioritize competing requirements, and drive initiatives through completion.

  • Experience with process automation and workflow tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies.

  • Experience developing advanced Excel solutions, including Power Query, Power Pivot, macros/VBA, or similar capabilities.

  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.

  • Experience with 1LMX teams, tools, and business processes.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable solutions.

  • Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and integrating data from multiple sources.

  • Experience developing executive-level visualizations and management reporting.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience driving adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Experience identifying opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve employee experience.

  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies and unconventional approaches to solving business problems.

  • Industry certifications (ex. PMP, CSM, CSPO).
