OVERVIEW

Leads the organization's learning and development strategy, including the design, development, facilitation, and delivery of training programs and learning content. Oversees the Learning Management System (LMS) and manages a team of Talent Management professionals. Partners with business leaders to implement learning solutions that enhance employee capability, support career growth, and drive business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and facilitate custom instructor-led and self-directed programs to meet critical development needs for managers and employee population.

  • Create engaging learning experiences and compelling course content that enhances retention and application of knowledge.

  • Developing and delivering on team projects and stakeholder groups at once. Project manage the design and implementation of agreed-upon solutions with internal and external subject-matter experts and delegate necessary responsibilities.

  • Accountable for providing leadership, taking initiative, and using sound decisions in the pursuit of achieving LMS targets and objectives, and continuous improvement in the end user LMS experience.

  • Design enterprise leadership and talent development model and framework. Translate business strategy into leadership requirements. Gain cross-functional support for key objectives and priorities through collaborative relationships and training including development programs such as Monthly Manager Series, LEAD, and professional development training.

  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • In partnership with the greater HR team, senior leadership, and other stakeholders you will build and manage a wide variety of talent management & development solutions including professional growth and development, organizational development, change management and career development solutions in addition to managing team members and learning system.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated ability of implementing and evolving leadership and talent management programs at a department level.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management with impact across an organization.

  • Expertise in a variety of organization, leadership and talent models, tools and methodology.

  • Must be familiar with using dashboards, metrics and data to evaluate effectiveness of programs and to communicate results.

  • Strong, demonstrated skills in the areas of instructional design, course content design and facilitation

  • Strong, demonstrated skills in the areas of business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing others, presentation and facilitation skills, program and project management.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated political savvy and emotional intelligence.

  • 4 Year / bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field

  • 5 years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or other related field to include experience in managing talent management processes (e.g., program development, organizational development, instructional design, facilitation, people management, exposure to Learning Management System (LMS), etc.)

  • Must have strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms, MS Teams, Adobe Connect and others.

  • This is a remote based position within the USA.

  • Pay Information: Min. Salary of $112,900 to Max Salary of $181,800 (annual equivalency) plus bonus potential.
