A SaaS company that provides customer operating systems for financial services organizations is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their team. You'll oversee a team of 6-10 developers who are responsible for the platform that handles customer relationships, data, and integrations. The company is moving to invest heavily in modernization, AI-driven capabilities, and scaling. Ideal candidates have recent hands on and management experience. They're currently looking to expand .NET microservices and event-driven architecture, and implement Kafka across their platform. Experience in both is needed, and any experience in identity access management, MFA, SSO, and authentications is a big plus.
