COPY - EPIC IAM Specialist

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with Epic Security certification. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Active Directory, Excel, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM). This role involves managing and securing access to our IT systems, ensuring compliance with security policies, and supporting the implementation of IAM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement identity and access management strategies within the organization. Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and access permissions. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing access control lists. Configure and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) to ensure secure and compliant device management. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to user access. Conduct regular audits to detect and resolve any unauthorized access or security breaches. Provide training and support to users on IAM policies and procedures. Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing IAM processes. Investigate and resolve identity and access-related incidents. Qualifications: Epic Security certification. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its management. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar. Experience with other IAM tools and technologies. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
