Full job description

The Mom Project is partnering with a top a multinational technology corporation focused on internet-related services, artificial intelligence, cloud computing to support a Administrative Business Partner III role.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you anticipate the needs of your executive and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the company's latest products and services. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Location: Hybrid out of San Francisco, CA (in office 2-3x per week).

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience providing high-quality professional administrative support within a fast-paced enterprise environment, preferably at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality regarding all business matters.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; handle multiple concurrent stakeholders and priorities.
  • Google Suite experience in a professional setting is required.
  • Experience managing expenses through Concur
  • Must have a proactive and highly communicative approach
  • A desire to jump in and be a team player,
  • BA degree preferred

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic administrative and operational support to high level executive, including calendar and expense management, meeting coordination, cross-functional communication, and organizational planning. Partner closely with the VP’s Chief of Staff, other ABPs, and other teams, including serving as a liaison between managers and partners.
  • Must be able to manage confidential information with care and discretion
  • Schedule analysis to ensure efficient workflow. Align calendars across global time zones with competing business priorities
  • Support greater team with Ad Hoc projects

Additional Responsibilities

  • Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals)
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Lead projects/programs to improve efficiency with the Corporate Administrative team.
