Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Physical Therapist for a top personal injury rehabilitation client. This candidate will evaluate and treat patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury cases, with a primary focus on orthopedic and extremity-related conditions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manual therapy, thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment, and is comfortable managing a high patient volume while delivering exceptional patient outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing rehabilitation practice that is expanding its clinical operations and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys.

Skills and Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey 3+ years of Physical Therapy experience Experience in orthopedic, outpatient, or personal injury rehabilitation settings Proven experience managing a high-volume patient caseload Strong manual therapy and hands-on treatment skills Excellent clinical documentation and patient management skills Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Personal injury rehabilitation experience Experience treating motor vehicle accident (MVA) patients Orthopedic and extremity-focused rehabilitation background Comfortable managing 20-30 patients per day Experience collaborating with physicians, attorneys, and case managers in PI cases
