Manufacturing Associates

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking multiple motivated professionals to join their expanding team. These roles are essential to supporting production and delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Central location within 25 miles of Clearfield, State College, Tyrone and Coalport

Pay Range:

$19.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Overtime offered almost weekly

What’s the Job?

Grinder/Polisher Operators

• Operate power tools to grind and polish stainless steel components

• Ensure finished products meet quality specifications

• Perform physically demanding work requiring strong attention to detail

Welder/Fitters

• Weld and fit stainless steel components following design specifications

• Read and interpret drawings and layouts

• Welding experience required; schooling is a plus

Machinists

• Operate CNC and manual machines in a manufacturing environment

• Use precision measuring tools and read blueprints

• Maintain quality and production standards

Assemblers

• Assemble motors, boilers, agitators, and mixers per customer specifications

• Use hand tools and measuring devices

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

• Manufacturing or industrial experience relevant to the position applied for

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (role dependent)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physical ability to perform job duties
