Full job description

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will primarily focus on caregiver recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and compliance management, while also playing an active role in staffing coordination, caregiver support, client communication, and day-to-day office operations.

This is a dynamic role that is ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and problem-solving. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with both caregivers and clients, and helping support the overall success of daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and communicate with caregiver applicants

  • Coordinate interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes

  • Manage caregiver licenses, credentials, documentation, and compliance requirements

  • Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling needs

  • Support caregiver communication, engagement, and ongoing staffing needs

  • Assist with client communication and support

  • Participate in quality assurance follow-up and operational support

  • Help support day-to-day office operations and team initiatives
