Job Description
Our client in Coral Springs is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead and evolve its people strategy during an exciting phase of growth. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience building high-performing cultures, coaching leaders, developing scalable HR programs, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape the employee experience, influence business strategy, and build a strong, accountable, people-first culture across the organization. This role is 4 days a week onsite in Coral Springs, FL and will offer $120-160k/yr with a 7% bonus.
Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources, People Operations, or related experience, including a strong background in leadership and team development.
- Proven success developing and executing people strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership teams to provide guidance on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable HR programs, policies, and processes in dynamic environments.
- Strong business mindset with the ability to align people initiatives to overall company goals and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Capable of operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor when needed.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee matters and complex organizational challenges.
- Experience supporting organizations through periods of growth, change management, and business transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
