Job Description

Salesforce Developer - ONSITE Cincinnati, OH - W2 ONLY

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field

5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce

Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications (must-have)

Proficiency in building solutions using low-code tools (e.g., Flows) and pro-code (Apex, Lightning Web Components)

Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Experience contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews

Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with HIPAA compliance and handling protected health information

Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools

Exposure to Agile development methodologies

Involvement in business analysis or quality testing

Preferred Education and Experience:

Degree in a technology-related subject

Over 5 years of total development experience

Proven track record working on Salesforce CRM solutions in a corporate environment

Other Requirements:

Willingness to obtain or maintain Salesforce certifications

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Flexibility to support additional tasks outside of primary responsibilities as needed
