Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Lead – Outbound is responsible for driving day-to-day execution of outbound warehouse activities, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, staged, and shipped accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role serves as the primary point of coordination for the outbound warehouse team, bridging frontline associates and leadership to ensure order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and related inventory processes are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and WMS procedures.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coordinate outbound workflow, support team performance, maintain order accuracy, and ensure consistent operational discipline in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.

  • Prior experience in a lead or senior associate role.

  • Strong understanding of outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, shipping, replenishment, and order fulfillment.

  • Experience working with WMS systems and RF scanners.

  • Ability to coordinate workflow and provide direction to frontline warehouse associates.

  • Experience with shipping processes, carrier pickups, and outbound documentation preferred.

  • Strong understanding of order accuracy and warehouse process controls.

  • Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

  • Ability to work effectively with warehouse leadership, transportation partners, and cross-functional teams.
