Pay or shift range: $65,520 USD to $81,510 USD

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, this person will provide clinical supervision to unlicensed Master’s Level clinicians as well as students, and will assist the Clinical and Operations Directors with chart review and other department tasks in addition to their clinical caseload.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical and Behavioral Health Services to improve and assure clinical quality at all health center sites,

  • Support and collaborate with BH internship supervisor including providing individual and group supervision as well as participating in the didactic seminar for interns weekly;

  • Provide in-service trainings and education for staff,

  • Participate in clinical group supervision, all staff meeting and BH Leadership Meeting;

  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy for a half-time caseload;

  • Maintain productivity;

  • In concert with Clinical Director and Director of Operations, complete chart reviews on time and accurately.

  • Participate in BH quality initiatives

  • Demonstrate understanding and commitment of the health center mission.

  • Demonstrates understanding and commitment to the established CHC Values and Standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • LICSW required

  • 1-5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting

  • Proficient in reading and writing in English

  • Bilingual a plus

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
