Job Summary
The Mixing Leadperson has active, hands-on involvement and daily presence within the facility. The position works closely with the mixing employees and oversees the general production training for new employees.
Job Description

Active, hands-on involvement and daily presence within the facility
-
Works directly with production supervisor and/ or packaging operator/leadperson to ensure flow of material to and from mixing is according to daily production schedule
-
Monitors the flow of production to maintain production efficiencies
-
Helps trouble shooting issues with batches, yields, and quality concerns
-
Assists in mixing when needed
-
Monitors the workplace for improvements and safety concerns
-
Enters safety audits into SCPro.

Maintains compliance of master sanitation schedule.
-
Ensures colleagues are complying with all policies and procedures.
-
Ensures mixing colleagues are cleaning when idle time occurs
-
Responsible for leading and providing guidance to team.
-
Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
-
3-5 years of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
