Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Lenox, MA who is currently seeking a Special Ed School Aide to work with students on a contractual basis.
Details of the Position Include:
Start Date: 09/07/2026
Duration: Full School year
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am -3:15pm
Requirements: Prior experience as a special ed school aide or clinic based experience required.
Description: Seeking a qualified special education school aide or BT to work 1:1 with a kindergarten aged student with ASD.
Pay: $24/ hour

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.
Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
