Full job description

Description

Join UCLA Health as a Senior CT Technologist and play a key role in delivering high-quality, complex CT imaging in a fast-paced academic medical center. This position performs advanced Computed Tomography procedures, produces high-quality diagnostic images, and provides exceptional patient care while working closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.

The Senior CT Technologist will also have the opportunity to support UCLA Health's Mobile Stroke Unit, providing CT imaging for patients experiencing acute stroke in the community. This unique responsibility includes image acquisition, image transmission, documentation, equipment checks, and participation in mobile-stroke research and quality initiatives.

The Senior CT Technologist may also serve as an Alternate Lead in the absence of the CT Manager or Lead CT Technologist, providing operational support and helping ensure smooth daily workflow.

There are three Senior CT Tech positions available with different shifts (job numbers 32878, 32879, and 32880). For further consideration, please apply to only one position at this time.

Salary Range: $56.11 - $76.68/Hourly

Qualifications

Required:

  • ARRT-CT license

  • ARRT-R license

  • CRT license

  • Venipuncture Certificate

  • BLS certificate from American Heart Association or American Red Cross in-course programs

  • Radiology Technologist Program Graduate Associates Degree - required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

  • 3 years of experience as a CT Tech
