Job Description

Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving investment programs or financial data of public or private institutions, including valuation of businesses. Proactively engage IFAs by phone, zoom, and/or email, to enrich existing relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and originate new producers through prospecting; profile IFAs to ensure proper servicing and segmenting through RM coverage and relevant marketing; obtain calls received via the Lord Abbett 800 number and Passport Portfolios email alias; work closely with other International team members on projects for the NRC Market; demonstrate a deep understanding of all Lord Abbett Market & Product Opportunity Presentations (MPOs) by presenting them both internally and externally; understand current market conditions and the potential impact on our investment products; market strategy; work closely with the Director, Marketing Communications to identify materials needed for the Americas; collaborate with Marketing and Product Strategy teams to craft language for promotional campaigns; work with Regional Managers, Advisor Consultants and the Offshore Segment Leader to relay important information on the International business and updated available resources; prepare presentation materials for various international conferences; conference calls & on-site meetings; facilitate and participate in conference calls and onsite visits with Lord Abbett investment professionals; set up prep meeting, including gathering previous notes, and prepare the “prep doc” and presentation; coordinate legal review of materials; distribute prep doc and presentation to appropriate parties; take notes, log into CRM, and coordinate follow up items; travel; ad hoc travel within the Americas region; facilitate Lord Abbett’s presence at select NRC focused conferences and overseas trips; and work with Administrative Assistant to prepare for all Americas travel. Must be fluent in Spanish.
