Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support a fast-paced procurement environment with a focus on purchase orders, invoicing, data entry, and reconciliation. In this role, you will create and maintain purchase orders and goods receipts, track invoices through internal systems, and investigate discrepancies between POs, receipts, and invoices. You will also reconcile rental equipment records and verify that charges align with contracted terms. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supply chain or procurement experience, is highly proficient in Excel, and has experience working in an ERP or procurement system. This person should be extremely detail-oriented, comfortable handling high-volume data, and confident researching and resolving issues independently. Experience with Workday and AI tools such as Claude is preferred but not required.
Skills and Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or analyst experience, ideally around 3 years
- Experience working with purchase orders, invoicing, receipts, and/or reconciliation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to independently research and resolve discrepancies
- Personable and able to communicate effectively with the team
- Workday experience
- Experience reconciling rental equipment or similar vendor charges
- Experience with AI tools
- Claude experience
- Experience with an ERP/procurement system
