Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees Quality needs for a product line across multiple processes.

  • Assist and/or manage plant projects and drive to completion.

  • Participate in auditsas process and quality systems.

  • DevelopRoot cause investigationand CAPA experience.

  • Develop an understanding of the validationsystem and assist in validations.

  • ConductMeasurement System Analysis.

  • Conduct diagnostic and statistical analysis of methods,equipmentand materials to improve product quality, process reliability and cost.

  • Assist in meeting plant team plans for cost and quality improvement, operating within department budget guidelines.

  • Demonstrate ability to make consistent and data driven decisions.

  • Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

  • Completion of projects on time and on budget.

  • Complete investigations and validations.

Supervision:

This position does not supervise any associates on any level

Education and Experience:

Minimum Education :

  • Required :BA/BS Degree : Engineering :Applied, Automotive, Computer/Information,Electrical,Electronic,Industrial, Manufacturing,Mechatronic, Process or Project Engineering

Mini mum Experience :

  • 0-5years’ experience working in a quality / technical role.

  • Experience at a Pharma, Biotech or Medical Device manufacturer preferred.
