$18.00/hour when performing as a Christmas Elf | $15.00/hour for all other scheduled hours

Do you love the magic of Christmas and creating unforgettable holiday memories? Join our Seasonal Activities Team and help bring the spirit of the season to life for thousands of guests throughout our Christmas celebration.

As a Seasonal Christmas Activities Coordinator , you'll play a key role in delivering festive experiences for families and children through holiday activities, special events, character interactions, and Christmas-themed programming across the property.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise holiday activities, crafts, games, and family programs in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and coordination of Christmas events and guest experiences.

  • Create magical moments by interacting with guests and maintaining a cheerful, guest-focused attitude.

  • Support Santa and Mrs. Claus during appearances, special events, holiday storytelling, photo opportunities, and family activities.

  • Portray one of Santa's elves during designated events, bringing energy, excitement, and holiday spirit to every guest interaction.

  • Operate and monitor the property's ice-skating rink while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.

  • Assist with attendance tracking, event organization, and activity preparation.

  • Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of activity and event spaces.

  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create an exceptional Christmas experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with children and families.

  • Team members who can stay in character and create an immersive holiday experience when assigned as an elf.

  • Individuals comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions and on their feet for extended periods.

  • Flexible availability , including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak Christmas event dates.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, entertainment, childcare, camps, or guest services is a plus but not required.

Compensation

  • $18.00 per hour while performing scheduled shifts in character as a Christmas Elf.

  • $15.00 per hour for all other Activities Coordinator shifts and responsibilities.
