In this key leadership role, you'll oversee facility operations, lead a dedicated team, optimize inventory and logistics, and ensure exceptional service for our customers and dealers. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams, solving challenges, and making a direct impact on business success, we'd love to hear from you. * What You'll Do* * Lead a High-Performing Team* * Provide leadership, coaching, and support for the Warehouse Workers, and Drivers. * Foster a positive, safety-focused, and customer-centric work environment. * Drive employee development and team performance. * Manage Operations and Logistics* * Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and accuracy. * Coordinate delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. * Lead warehouse operations, including seed mixing and packaging activities. * Ensure facilities, equipment, vehicles, and grounds are properly maintained and operating efficiently. * What We're Looking For* * Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 5+ years of related operations, logistics, agriculture, warehouse, or management experience. * Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills; ability to make sound business decisions and solve problems effectively. * Strong organizational and inventory management abilities. * Licenses* * Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required. * Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred or required based on location needs. * Lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds. * Push, pull, and handle heavy objects. * Work extended hours during peak business periods. * Travel independently, including overnight travel when needed. * Why Join Seedway?* At Seedway, you'll have the opportunity to lead a local operation, build strong customer relationships, and make a visible impact on the success of our business.
