Job Description

Build products that make business travel simpler, more proactive, and easier to manage. You’ll turn ambiguity into clear direction and ship measurable improvements that teams feel every day.

As a Vice President, Chase Travel Corporate - Travel Manager Experience in the Traveler Experience team, you drive the vision and execution for a portfolio that helps travel managers stay ahead—using data, experimentation, and disciplined prioritization. You partner closely with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver end-to-end improvements across the travel manager journey. You communicate strategy clearly, make smart trade-offs, and focus the team on outcomes that matter.

Job responsibilities

  • Set and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for traveler experience, translating ambition into a sequenced delivery plan

  • Lead strategy and execution for reporting and dashboard products and online booking tool integrations

  • Make decisive trade-offs, remove blockers, and drive fast movement from insight to shipped product

  • Define success metrics and hold the portfolio accountable to measurable business and user outcomes

  • Map and continuously improve the end-to-end travel journey, prioritizing the highest-impact investments

  • Ground decisions in customer research, data, and direct travel manager feedback

  • Partner with engineering, design, data and analytics, and commercial leaders to align priorities and delivery

  • Influence senior stakeholders by communicating strategy, trade-offs, and progress with clarity and credibility

  • Develop and mentor product managers, raising the bar on product craft and execution

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated product management experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing technology products

  • Proven ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on execution with a strong bias for action

  • Track record of shipping products that deliver measurable business and user outcomes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including making trade-offs with incomplete information

  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly across competing, high-value demands

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management

  • Deep fluency with agile product development practices at scale

  • Ability to work autonomously and drive progress through ambiguity

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience owning data, reporting, dashboard, or analytics products

  • Experience with expense, payments, or financial integration products

  • Experience improving complex, multi-step customer journeys

  • Experience building, leading, and mentoring product teams

  • Familiarity with corporate travel workflows (policy, approvals, expense, and payment processes)
