Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Process Admin to the team to join their Third-Party Loan Operations team. This position supports the onboarding and ongoing administration of purchased loans after they have closed. Unlike traditional retail banking roles, this team works directly with external clients, account executives, and internal stakeholders to ensure loan portfolios are accurately onboarded, maintained, and compliant within systems. Estimated pay 20-25/HR

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in processing, loan operations, underwriting support, banking operations, mortgage operations, documentation review, paralegal work, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Previous loan processing experience
