Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a strong healthcare application analyst who can function as both a technical resource and operational partner. The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications, understands workflow optimization, and can effectively bridge the gap between end users and technical teams. Experience within Epic Healthy Planet, population health, care management, wellness initiatives, or value-based care environments would make a candidate particularly attractive. They need someone who is consultative, customer-facing, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects while driving application improvements and user adoption.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications, information systems, or clinical applications
  • Experience with system configuration, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and application support
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, operational processes, and data management
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, gap analysis, and recommend workflow improvements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with end users, operational leaders, and technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
