Sr. AI Developer

Job Description

The Senior Generative AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on building enterprise-grade GenAI applications, Agentic AI workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, knowledge management capabilities, and intelligent automation that enable business users to interact with structured and unstructured data through natural language interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, agent frameworks, and enterprise-scale AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop GenAI applications leveraging FLARE platform capabilities.
• Build conversational AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered automation for document intelligence, commentary generation, validation workflows, and business insights.
• Implement solutions using prompt engineering, prompt orchestration, and context management techniques.
• Optimize AI applications for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience in Banking, Treasury, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory domains.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python
• REST APIs
• Object-oriented design
• Microservices architecture
• Git and CI/CD tools
• Experience with:
• RAG architectures
• Prompt engineering
• Embeddings and vector search
• Agentic AI frameworks
• LangChain or LangGraph
• Enterprise AI platforms
• Experience building solutions with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise-hosted LLMs.
• Knowledge of:
• Redis Vector Databases
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Oracle and Starburst
• Document Intelligence platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise security and entitlement frameworks.
