RN Nurse Supervisor | Woburn, MA

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff during assigned shifts

  • Serve as a key liaison between nursing leadership, administration, and frontline teams

  • Help develop and implement patient-care policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Monitor the delivery of patient care and ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met

  • Coach, mentor, and support staff through feedback and professional development

  • Assist with staffing, issue resolution, and daily clinical operations

  • Step in to provide direct patient care when needed

  • Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting successful rehabilitation outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to obtain one

  • Current BLS certification

  • ACLS certification required within one year of hire

  • CRRN certification required once eligible

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

  • Minimum of two years of recent inpatient nursing experience

  • Previous leadership experience involving staff oversight, problem-solving, and operational decision-making

Pay Details: $45.00 to $63.00 per hour
