Job Description
The Integration & Test Engineer supports the development and delivery of airborne telemetry, radio frequency (RF), secure communications, and embedded flight‑safety systems for L3Harris’s TRF Bristol site. This role performs electrical and physical integration, develops hardware and software test programs, and ensures mission‑critical products meet technical, schedule, cost, quality, and customer requirements. The position works across engineering and program functions to strengthen system integration, verification and validation, producibility analysis, and test readiness for ruggedized airborne hardware. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team focused on delivering high‑reliability solutions allied aerospace and defense platforms.
Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of related engineering experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of two years of related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of related engineering experience.

Experience developing and executing test plans, procedures, and system‑level test programs for electronic or RF‑based hardware.

Experience integrating and testing electronic devices, circuit card assemblies, or electromechanical systems.

Experience using electronic and RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

Experience troubleshooting electronic hardware at the component, circuit card, or subsystem level.

Experience coordinating integration or test activities across multiple engineering disciplines.
