Revenue Operations Associate

About the Role

Kashable is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst / Associate to help build the operating infrastructure behind our next stage of growth. This role reports to the co-CEO and sits at the intersection of Sales, Client Success, Go-to-Market and Digital Marketing, connecting data and activity across the entire revenue lifecycle, from acquiring new employer clients to driving employee/consumer awareness, engagement, utilization, and ultimately revenue within our customer base. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building a revenue forecast, analyzing conversion and engagement data, identifying gaps in the funnel, and working with cross-functional leaders to turn insights into action. We are looking for someone who can help us understand what is driving growth, where opportunities are being lost, and what actions have the greatest impact on revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

Revenue Planning & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain integrated revenue forecasts that connect employer acquisition, implementation timing, employee eligibility, consumer engagement, utilization, and revenue.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, GTM/Marketing, and Finance leadership on annual planning, quarterly target setting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop models to evaluate growth scenarios and quantify the impact of changes in employer acquisition, client penetration, employee engagement, conversion, and other key revenue drivers.
  • Track actual performance against forecasts and identify the underlying drivers of variance.
  • Develop leading indicators that provide early visibility into future revenue performance.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across Sales, Client Success, and GTM/Marketing.
  • Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and performance trends across each stage of the funnel.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reporting that give leadership a clear view of business performance and actionable insights.

Sales Operations

  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, territory/account prioritization, and sales productivity.
  • Analyze sales performance, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycles, and productivity.
  • Maintain operational discipline and data integrity within HubSpot.
  • Support weekly pipeline reviews and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting, and technology.

Client Success & Revenue Expansion

  • Partner with Client Success to measure and improve penetration and revenue within existing employer accounts.
  • Develop client-level performance reporting that connects Client Success activity with employee engagement and revenue outcomes.
  • Analyze which client engagement strategies, communications, campaigns, and activities generate the strongest results.
  • Develop benchmarks that allow Kashable to compare client performance across industries, employer sizes, tenure, and other characteristics.
  • Develop periodic reporting within or based on Hubspot to allow leadership assess improvements and gaps in the process.

GTM & Marketing Effectiveness

  • Partner with GTM/Marketing to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, messaging, content, and employer communication strategies utilizing Hubspot and related systems.
  • Connect marketing activity to measurable outcomes across both new employer acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify which channels, messages, and activities generate the strongest conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Develop testing and measurement frameworks to continuously improve GTM effectiveness.

Revenue Operations Infrastructure and Strategic Analysis

  • Support implementation and optimization of HubSpot, BI tools, and other revenue technology.
  • Partner with Data/Engineering and business stakeholders to connect data across CRM, client, marketing, product/consumer engagement, and financial systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer important business questions and support executive decision-making.

Education & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Analytics, or a similarly analytical commercial role.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, fintech, SaaS, employee benefits, financial services, or B2B2C environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into business insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience building financial and operational models.
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms, with demonstrated ability to use AI for data analysis, research, workflow automation, and improving productivity
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, forecasting, conversion metrics, and revenue performance measurement.
  • Ability to connect operational activities to financial and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong business judgment and curiosity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to senior leadership.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets is a plus.
