Imaging Technician

We are seeking an Imaging Technician to support a large-scale computer deployment initiative in the Frankfort, KY area. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on IT support experience, strong computer skills, and a solid understanding of desktop operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and image desktop and laptop computers for end users.

• Perform operating system installations, updates, and device deployments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.

• Provide technical support for workstation-related concerns.

• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.

• Document work activities and track support requests through internal processes.

• Assist with workstation migrations, configurations, and deployment projects.

• Support additional IT initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with computer imaging, deployment, or desktop support.

• Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience supporting PCs in a professional environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic scripting or automation concepts.

• Experience performing break/fix support on desktop and laptop hardware.

• Exposure to user account administration, device management, or inventory tracking.

Additional Information

• Onsite position located in Frankfort, KY.

• Standard 8-hour workday with start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
