As an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS), you support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing center, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical care and services
- Participate in care planning, RAI processes, and case management
- Monitor documentation, medication administration, and MAR/TAR audits
- Lead infection control practices and safety compliance
- Conduct daily rounds and collaborate with physicians
- Support Quality Assurance, surveys, and Plans of Correction
- Oversee restorative nursing programs and clinical systems
- Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management

You help drive clinical excellence, regulatory readiness, and a culture of resident-centered care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license required
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- 1+ year supervisory experience in skilled nursing
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and RAI process
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in infection prevention and quality improvement
