About the Role: Poolwerx Midland is looking for an enthusiastic Pool Cleaner Assistant to join our growing team in Midland, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start a career in the pool and spa industry while working outdoors and making customers' backyards shine. If you're hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians with routine pool and spa cleaning and maintenance services

Skim, vacuum, and brush pool surfaces to ensure water clarity and cleanliness

Test and balance pool water chemistry using industry-standard tools

Safely handle and apply pool chemicals following proper safety protocols

Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and equipment inventory
Requirements:

No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided

A willingess to learn and grow

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation to get to warehouse

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including West Texas heat.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service

Reliable and punctual on a daily basis

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
