Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the closing of the Nebraska office

  • Scan paper files and upload to appropriate

  • Create and maintain electronic files

  • Update customer database

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Knowledge of basic office administration

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs

  • Effective time management and decision making skills

  • Diligent follow-up skills

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School graduate or equivalent, BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred

  • 0-2 years of direct experience.

The base salary range for this position is $40,000– $50,000. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
