Full job description

We're looking for a Driver Growth & Operations Manager to own one of the most critical growth engines of our business in Mexico.

If you've helped scale marketplaces in Ride-Hailing or Delivery fast-growing tech companies, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You'll:

  • Own driver acquisition, engagement, and retention strategy.

  • Turn data into growth initiatives and operational excellence.

  • Lead a high-performing team and work directly with senior leaders in Hong Kong.

  • Build innovative supply solutions that keep our marketplace healthy and growing.

  • Design operational models for enterprise customers.

  • Launch projects that challenge the status quo.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience solving complex business problems.

  • Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

  • Thinks like an owner and acts with urgency.

  • Leads through influence, execution, and data.

  • Wants to build, experiment, fail fast, and scale what works.

Ideal background:

  • 5+ years in Operations, Marketplace, Mobility, Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or Logistics Tech.

  • Strong leadership experience.

  • Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.

  • Fluent English (daily collaboration with global teams).
