Job Title: Corporate RecruiterJob Description
The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and executive-level positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships, developing talent pipelines for critical business functions, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The position offers the opportunity to support high-impact hiring initiatives, gain visibility with senior leadership, and make a direct impact on organizational growth and talent strategy within a collaborative corporate environment.
Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, professional, exempt, and leadership-level positions, from initial intake through offer acceptance.

Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and provide consultative guidance on hiring strategies.

Source and attract qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking strategies, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams.

Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, including updates, feedback, and next steps, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Facilitate offer negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and HR, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and candidate expectations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting activity and candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.

Develop and nurture talent pipelines for critical business functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and leadership roles.

Support Director-level and above hiring needs, including executive search efforts when required.

Utilize recruitment metrics and KPIs to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

Build strong consultative relationships with stakeholders, providing market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations to improve hiring decisions.

Effectively manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.

Contribute to a positive candidate experience by representing the organization professionally and ensuring timely, clear, and respectful communication.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a corporate headquarters environment to support broader talent initiatives and organizational growth.
Essential Skills

Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Demonstrated experience recruiting corporate, professional, exempt, and/or leadership-level positions.

Proven sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking strategies.

Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationship-based, consultative partnerships with business stakeholders.

Advanced sourcing techniques and networking capabilities to identify and engage high-caliber talent.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a dynamic corporate setting.

Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and KPIs to inform decisions and drive hiring outcomes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Executive recruiting or executive search experience is preferred.

Experience supporting Director-level and above hiring initiatives.

Recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, logistics, or corporate headquarters environments.

Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, or leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience with recruitment metrics and KPI reporting, particularly within human resources or talent acquisition functions.

Strong consultative partnership skills, including the ability to influence and advise stakeholders on hiring strategies.

Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality of hire.
Work Environment
This position is based onsite in a professional corporate office setting in FL. The schedule follows standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to support recruiting activities and interviews as needed. The role operates within a collaborative corporate environment, offering exposure to a variety of business functions and regular interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholders. The position is structured as a contract role with potential for conversion based on business needs and performance, providing an opportunity for long-term employment. Professional business attire is expected in alignment with the corporate office setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $43.27/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
