As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Target Creative Bengaluru, you will operate at the intersection of creative, social and business, leading complex work across channels and cross-functional teams.

Working with minimal direction, you will bring strong understanding of your functional area, shape how creative work gets done, and create the clarity, structure and momentum needed to move work from brief to execution. You will be a trusted partner to both creative teams and business partners, balancing strategic thinking with strong operational execution.

As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Target Creative Bengaluru, you will:

  • Own end-to-end project management for social creative across organic, paid and affiliate marketing, translating business and channel priorities into clear plans and driving work from brief through final execution.
  • Bring a strong understanding of social platforms, trends, audience behaviour, campaign performance and brand priorities to help the creative team develop work that is relevant, effective and right for the channel.
  • Act as the key point of contact between Target US partners and Target in India cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and momentum across the work.
  • Communicate recommendations, ideas and opportunities clearly and strategically, tailoring the message to different audiences and helping drive decisions across partners and teams.
  • Lead project planning, timelines, actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams, making timely decisions, identifying risks early and keeping projects on track.
  • Own resource planning and creative casting in partnership with the appropriate teams, ensuring the right capabilities are aligned to the right work at the right time.
  • Maintain strong executional rigour throughout the project lifecycle, with close attention to detail, brand consistency, quality and deadlines.
  • Bring awareness of global culture, emerging subcultures and evolving social behaviours to the work, helping teams stay relevant to the audiences they serve.
  • Lead continuous improvement of creative project management processes, workflows, standards and ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve how work gets done.
  • Maintain clear and useful project documentation, status reporting and dashboards to provide visibility, support decision-making and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects, including self-identified opportunities that strengthen team effectiveness, creative operations or ways of working.

About you:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years across Social Commerce, Performance Marketing/Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Creator or Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships or related social and commerce disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social, influencer/creator marketing and affiliate or social commerce ecosystems, including how platforms, audience behaviour and performance insights influence creative and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work independently while building strong, collaborative partnerships across multiple teams, including creative teams, business partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences and influence effectively across teams.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities and incomplete information.
  • Curious and proactive in seeking new ideas, spotting opportunities and challenging existing ways of working when there is a better solution.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability and a bias for action.
  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt quickly, take initiative and follow through.
