Job Description
We are seeking a QA/QC Program Lead to oversee quality assurance and quality control programs for data center construction projects. This role is responsible for leading QA/QC technicians, implementing quality processes, managing documentation, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams. The position is approximately 75% onsite and 25% remote, with travel required based on project needs. Salary range of $80,000-$90,000.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA/QC, program management, or project management.
2+ years of experience leading teams in a data center or large-scale construction environment.
Experience managing QA/QC programs for data center construction or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, construction standards, and industry best practices (ISO, NEC, etc.).
Experience with commissioning, inspection readiness, and quality oversight. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience supporting mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
Background in process improvement and quality management systems.
Experience managing remote and geographically dispersed teams.
Strong understanding of commissioning and turnover processes
