Are you looking for a great opportunity in the Aerospace Industry??

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Documentation Analysts to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time contract opportunity expected to last approximately two months, with the potential for extension. Multiple openings are available.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching, organizing, auditing, and maintaining technical documentation related to product and operational data. While engineering experience is not required, candidates must possess strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications.

You will work primarily with CATIA, 3DX and Power BI systems. Training will be provided; however, successful candidates must be comfortable learning new technology and adapting quickly to new processes.

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and maintain documentation and data related to product development and operational processes.

  • Research, organize, and audit technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) records.

  • Enter, update, and manage data within web-based applications and internal systems.

  • Analyze data sets to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, trends, and required corrections.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure data accuracy.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation standards and processes.

  • Monitor product lifecycle documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling large volumes of data and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing, auditing, and analyzing data.

  • Experience entering and managing data within web-based applications or tools.

  • Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify data variances and documentation gaps.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

  • Familiarity with technical documentation, BOMs, or document control processes.

  • Experience using data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI.

  • Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.

Additional Information

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
