Responsibilities for a Business Analyst Product and Pricing include but are not limited to:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders to ensure all product and pricing data needs are identified and defined.

• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and other technical documentation.

• Partner with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, Developers, and business teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

• Perform data validation, functional testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.

• Use SQL and analytical tools to investigate data issues, troubleshoot problems, validate solutions, and support root cause analysis.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement of data products, usability, data governance, and end-user satisfaction.

Candidates for Business Analyst Product and Pricing must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.

• Proven experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical specifications for development teams.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including user story creation and backlog refinement.

• Strong SQL skills with experience in data exploration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting data-related issues.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Details: $65.84 per hour
