The ideal candidate brings strong experience across modern Microsoft technologies, collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners, and is comfortable solving challenging engineering problems with limited supervision.

  • Troubleshoot complex application and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of defects and performance concerns.

  • Support project delivery by providing effort estimates, technical input, and coordination that improves team efficiency and on-time execution.

  • Mentor entry-level team members by sharing development knowledge, offering technical guidance, and promoting sound engineering practices.

  • Take ownership of specialized assignments or high-impact initiatives, including serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert when needed.

  • Contribute to Agile team activities and help advance development processes, testing practices, and deployment standards across the software lifecycle. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in structured software development environments covering application design, coding, testing, implementation, and deployment.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Framework 4.5 or higher, and T-SQL in enterprise application development.

  • At least 2 years of experience working with .NET Core, JavaScript, and Entity Framework.

  • Familiarity with front-end development using technologies such as Angular, React, Vue, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and Agile delivery practices; experience leading Scrum ceremonies is a plus.

  • Exposure to cloud-based development, with Azure experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with development tools supporting version control, unit testing, integration testing, code management, and deployment workflows.

  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with varied stakeholders, and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
