Job Description
We are seeking an experienced WMS Developer with strong Koerber (HighJump/Warehouse Advantage) expertise to support the implementation, customization, and ongoing enhancement of warehouse management solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical development skills with a solid understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support solutions within the Koerber Warehouse Advantage platform.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Leverage and customize core Warehouse Advantage modules to meet business needs.
Participate in the implementation and deployment of Warehouse Advantage into new and existing environments.
Develop and maintain backend solutions utilizing SQL, stored procedures, workflows, and integrations.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy WMS enhancements.
22-30/hr depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience developing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
Strong experience with Koerber/HighJump Warehouse Advantage, including knowledge of core modules and system architecture.
Experience with WMS implementation projects, not just system configuration.
Strong SQL development skills, including stored procedures and database design.
Professional experience with .NET and/or Java development.
Understanding of warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or supply chain operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support end users.
