Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of shipping, distribution, and logistics operations.

. Maintain accurate inventory records, lot integrity, Certificates of Conformance (COC), and Country of Origin documentation.

. Ensure all distribution procedures are followed and report inventory or shipping discrepancies promptly.

. Receive and process materials in a timely manner and accurately enter transactions into Oracle or other shipping systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

. Experience with Oracle ERP or similar inventory/shipping management systems.

. Knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory control, lot traceability, and material handling procedures.

. Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA guidelines.

Pay Details: $20.33 per hour
