Job Description

Job Description An Insight Global client in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support a large-scale Managed Service Provider (MSP) outsourcing transformation. This individual will play a critical role in preparing employees for new responsibilities by developing and delivering training programs focused on vendor management, service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, and other operational functions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) background with a focus on learning and development. This person will curate, organize, modernize, and deliver existing and new training materials into engaging learning experiences. This role will also leverage AI-enabled learning tools such as Synthesia, Copilot and other Microsoft products and provide recommendations on additional training technologies or delivery methods. The position will require periodic onsite support for training bootcamps, workshops, and roadshows, while training development work can largely be completed remotely. They are open to new ideas and tools to make this role more efficient. Day-to-Day Develop and deliver training programs for employees transitioning into new roles Curate and organize existing and new training content into structured learning paths Create video-based and instructor-led learning materials instead of all in person Partner with change management and business leaders to identify training needs Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and training sessions Measure training effectiveness and adjust learning strategies as needed Recommend innovative training tools and methodologies to improve adoption and engagement

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of Learning & Development experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience Experience developing and facilitating training programs for large-scale business or technology transformations Experience creating training curriculums, job aids, learning pathways, and instructor-led training materials Ability to curate and enhance existing and new content Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills High emotional intelligence with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams Experience supporting MSP outsourcing, shared services, or operating model transformations Experience with Synthesia or other AI-enabled training development tools IT transformation or enterprise technology project experience Oil & Gas industry experience Experience conducting training roadshows, bootcamps, or change readiness sessions
