Job Summary

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment? As a Transportation Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading transportation operations on 2nd Shift, supporting drivers, and ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing teams, solving challenges, and making a direct impact on customer service and operational performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of drivers while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.

  • Oversee daily transportation activities, ensuring efficient routing, on-time deliveries, and regulatory compliance.

  • Monitor transportation performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Hours & Shift

Monday-Friday; 12:00PM-8:30PM

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Transportation, Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Tech or other related field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in transportation or supply chain management in a Manufacturing environment.

  • Working knowledge of refrigerated transportation, supply chain management, quality management, DOT regulations.

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and engage teams in a fast-paced transportation or distribution environment.

  • Advanced skills/proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) as well as transportation management systems.

  • Need to work independently and handle multiple projects in the absence of detailed instruction.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive operational improvements.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Distribution teams.

  • Practical hands-on project implementation, program management, or strategic performance management experience a plus.
