Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to process structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and optimise data models for analytical and operational use.
  • Work with Big Data technologies (e. g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) to process large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to support business requirements.
  • Implement cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Automate data workflows and performance tuning of databases.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline failures, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • B. Tech. in Computer Science with 3+ years of progressive industry experience.
  • Proficiency in competitive programming in Python, Java, or any one programming language.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Must have good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
